Today, everyone I know is talking about "going green"...it's about time! I've been pretty 'green' and I do my best to keep 'green' cleaning products in our household. Some can be quite pricey and they don't all work (or smell) as good as the 'non-green' products. I'm stating my opinion...take it or leave it as you may.
I'm a HUGE label and ingredient reader. Blame my mother! Sorry mom! I'm actually not sorry, because she's turned me into a vigilant watcher for harmful chemicals and toxins. I stay clear from:
- Parabens, Glycols, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (These are VERY bad for you!)
In my search to stay 'green', I ran across ecoSTORE. Talk about a great company...they even have the word 'eco' in their name brand! Lucky for me, ecoSTORE offered to send me two products to try out. How could one resist?! I ordered the Coconut Bar Soap and the Dishwasher Liquid. I couldn't be more pleased to have these products in my household. The Coconut Bar Soap is so fragrant and it really does a great job of leaving my hands smooth and soft afterwards! The Dishwasher Liquid is also a great product. It has a great citrus fragrance and leaves the dishes nice and clean. It also doesn't leave water stains on my glasses...this is a huge plus since we stopped using plastic cups and all we have are glasses!

Soda will rot your teeth! Gummy bears aren't breakfast food! Brush your teeth before you goto bed! These are just a few of the many sayings I remember hearing my mom tell me as a tween. Guess what? You'll never guess...so I'll tell you! I drove home today and found a box as tall as my front door. Oh My Gosh were the words that came out of my mouth! What could it be? I ran out of the car, grabbed the box, and opened it up in front of my neighbors...they already think I'm running a side business with all the products I review so I didn't care! HOT DOG...it was a Libman Freedom Spray Mop!!!! Check it out...
I love this product...seriously! I'm a clean freak and I can't stand having dirty floors, clothes, you name it. I gathered myself, came back inside, and instantly went to work mopping the kitchen floor. Right now you're saying to yourself, she is a clean freak! Granted, I only have 3 tile floor areas in my house (kitchen and 2 bathroom areas), it didn't take me long. After one mopping of the 3 tile floor areas, I was amazed. I usually have to fill up a bucket of water and my cleaning product, go find the mop with a dried out mop head, and then wait for the water/cleaning mixture to dry after mopping. The Libman Freedom Spray Mop knocked 2 of the 3 tasks off my list...thank you Libman!
Here are the reasons why I now LOVE the Libman Freedom Spray Mop:

I recently came across Somersaults by Somersault Snack Co., the sunflower seed-based snack, when I was visiting family a few weeks ago. I stopped off at a Caribou Coffee store for an early morning cup of joe when I suddenly got a craving for something with substance. I saw a package of Chez Cocoa Somersaults and thought I'd give it a try. I'm a huge of sweet and salty snacks. Especially the ones that fill you up until the next meal. Why? All I can say is that it seems to be one of those passed down traits in my family. :-)
I've been doing my best to eat better these past few months and I believe I'm doing a great job! With Somersaults now added to my daily menu, I've been able to indulge in these amazingly delicious and healthy snacks without feeling empty after eating a serving (or two). With twice the protein and half the fat of a serving of almonds, these Somersaults will hold you over until dinner without any problems!

Virtual Pets aren't new to me...in fact, I've had quite a few (and I still do). I haven't used any of the Virtual Pets for quite a few years and they probably have more dust on them than my cassette tapes. TamaTown is not the old Virtual Pet I used to have when I was younger. TamaTown is new and completely redesigned. TamaTown Tama-Go Virtual Pets don't just eat and sleep, they now play games, connect with friends, and even play music. WOW...talk about a really cool pet with some really cool characters! I think I'll leave my old one in its storage box and I'll start using this new one!
